Getting in touch with HomeTaste is easy. The fastest way is always a phone call — our Kitchener line at (519) 954-5666 and our Waterloo line at (519) 804-0065 are answered by our team during opening hours, seven days a week. If you're planning a last-minute pickup order, calling ahead helps us have your food fresh and ready when you arrive.

For catering inquiries — weddings, corporate lunches, birthday parties, religious ceremonies and temple events — please use the contact form on this page and select "Catering" or "Corporate" as your inquiry type. Include your event date, number of guests, and any dietary preferences such as vegan, Jain, gluten-free or nut-free. The more detail you share, the faster we can prepare an accurate quote. Most catering inquiries receive a response within 24 hours, and larger events are often quoted the same business day.

For our daily tiffin program, choose "Tiffin" as your inquiry type and let us know how many meals you'd like and which location you'll pick up from. Each tiffin is $12 and includes two curries, six freshly made rotis, and complimentary rice, salad or raita. Tiffins are pickup only from our Kitchener and Waterloo locations, prepared fresh every morning.

Students at the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College can select "Student" to learn about our affordable student meal plans designed for busy campus life. If you're interested in bringing HomeTaste to a new city, choose "Franchise" and our team will share the details of our franchise program and next steps.

Please remember that HomeTaste is pickup only — we do not offer delivery. You can always order ahead online at order.hometaste.ca and collect your meal from either 29-1601 River Rd E in Kitchener or 912-130 Columbia St W in Waterloo.
