Responsibilities

• •Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
• •Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards
• •Make fresh rotis and breads throughout service
• •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment
• •Assist with dishwashing and kitchen organization
• •Follow food safety guidelines at all times
• •Support the kitchen team during high-volume periods

Requirements

• •Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not required
• •Willingness to learn Indian cooking techniques
• •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• •Food Handler Certification is an asset
• •Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• •Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
